In-home service is billed at a rate of $70 per hour with a one-hour minimum. After the first hour, time is billed in half-hour increments.
Remote-access service on computer-related issues is billed at a rate of $60 per hour with a one-hour minimum. After the first hour, time is billed in half-hour increments.
(Please note that remote-access service is only available to established clients and must be preceded by an in-home service call.)
Service required after 5:00 p.m. or on weekends or holidays is billed at time-and-a-half (i.e., 1.5 times the standard rates).
In-home service incurs a trip charge calculated as follows:
- Lake Lure: $20 trip charge
- 15-mile radius from Lake Lure: $25 trip charge
- 20-mile radius from Lake Lure: $30 trip charge
